•After Hours Pick Up Procedure
If you wish to pick up materials and the office is closed you need to do the following
- If you have an existing house account and have picked up salt over the years – nothing - If you are a new account and/or new to getting sand or salt make sure the office knows and we will add you to our list
- If you pay by credit card you will need to put that on file with the office ahead of time.
- If you pay cash make sure you have a variety of bills as we don’t make change
- If you pay by check make sure your check has Name, Address – no PO Boxes – and all the information of the authorized signer (Complete Name, D.O.B., Drivers License Number, Phone Number) or bring a copy of their drivers license
- We do not give receipts, when the office opens again they will enter into the system and e-mail receipts.
